It's not that people are too kewl ...... they just don't know how to ride and wave at the same time around here. If you notice most of them look real tense clinching on to the bars and seriously you can't really enjoy riding a bike without thinking someone's going to hit you .... Virginia Beach is too transient and has way too many driving styles, most of the bike riders are weekend wannabe's. I'm from Ohio and that state has a no helmet laws and I can you tell those folks have a different attitude and the riders there are respected.
