my dad owns a tire store on little creek rd., it doesnt touch you rim, although when u change chrome 20's and up with the customer standing over your shoulder you get a little nervous
Hey CoastTek you can get the duplicolor from autozone. You might want to get some primer because it will help the paint coat better when you do it. They have clear primer that you can use that works well. If you have any questions on doing just let me know I will see if what I know will help you. Later
hey ok... i got this duplicolor stuff. It says no use for primer or clear coat. I sanded my rims by hand(took liek 2 hours)...then i cleaned properly and coated with acetone (to prep).
I Painted prolly like 6 thin coats (looks great) then about 4 heavy coats.
rims look really hott however if they get all funked up when i mount my rims i'm gonn aget them doens somewhere (liek rims doctor... or whereever it is that somone suggested earlier).
ill post some pipcs later.
thanx for the help
