cool right now while i have been looking for the swap i want i have been doing prep work like painting the engine bay and cleaning it up and the hood had a gallon of paint poured on it so i have been stripping it (that auto strip works wonders) i work like to get some advice on the inside of the car when i got the car it came with the complete insides except carpet it is all black i don't want to keep it gutted but(i have two kids and it will just be a weekend ride and personal toy but would still like to go to the park with the family in it) i would still like to lose some pounds i heard about cuting out some of the bracing on the dash and doors is this safe because it don't sound like it. i was also considering in stead of getting carpet doing a bedlinner in it to help sound proof it has anyone done this and if so how did it turn out pics are more than welcomed and would help give me some ideas
