Guy in a lowered white Civic on gold wheels with polished lips. Pretty good stance going. You were on 64 exiting 264E headed towards the beach. 8:30ish am

Looked very clean.

Yesterday i saw a newest model m3 track car being towed behind a RV. Had a racewerks sticker on the rear bumper and "96" on the side for his number. Car was reallllly nice
