when you jump like that tho that usually means a new belt correct?
If the belt is worn enough that it is able to jump a tooth, it should definitely be replaced. Even if it isn't worn (and the problem is related to belt tension) it should be replaced after it jumps, because that causes local damage to the teeth. I can't say I've really been impressed with Honda timing belt tensioners though, there is too much room for error and things to go wrong.
yes deff replace with a new belt, and as fabrik8 said the timing belt tensioners are crap, and would replace that also while you are in there, dont forget the water pump also while you are in there
