The tough part is here. My upper managers want to know why I am leaving as this took them by surprise, and trying to convey my frustrations about the company and that of others while being tactful that the upper management and their environment here is the problem.
The tough part is here. My upper managers want to know why I am leaving as this took them by surprise, and trying to convey my frustrations about the company and that of others while being tactful that the upper management and their environment here is the problem.
They want a scapegoat, not to hear that they alone are the problem. Could make a list of things that they implemented (policies, staffing levels, resolutions of complaints with customers) that they are explicitly responsible for, best way to do it tactfully without pointing a finger directly.
