I used to work there as a detailer for a year and a half. Ive been out of there for about a year or so now but I still have a few friends who work there, couple of them are techs and a couple are in parts. They lose a lot of their workers (techs and detailers) because most of management there are jackasses. But they treat their service advisors and such pretty good. The old service manager used to be a complete dick though, but he has quit and they have since gotten a new service manager and from what I hear hes not bad. Overall, if your looking for a company change I would say go for it. But thats just my personal opinion. You know how the car business can be. If you have anymore questions or anything just ask, im sure I have the answer, or if not I can almost guarantee I can find out for you.

I am looking at leaving my current dealership due to the upper management not having the slightest clue as to what they are doing. Plus making very very bad and harsh decisions before getting all the facts. That and 80% of the employees are unhappy. I do know they recently got a new Service Manager because i almost applied for that position and just applied for the service advisor position. I appreciate the feedback.

I did notice their Service Hours are 630-6pm...lol

Not sure yet. I guess it will depends on how well the interview goes and if I am hired and/or I decide to take the job.
