changed throttle body yesterday to trade, found out i had stock, so put it back on, started up car. it idled at 1800 and wont go down, even with my foot off the pedal it idles at 1800 or a lil higher. drove it, vtec doesnt work. can any one help me?????????????

 

you need to set the voltage on you tps sensor to .45 at no throttle and then 4.5 at WOT

ok i tried changing throttle body yesterday, that didnt work, just saw your post now and thinking about HOW do i adjust the voltage ?? what do i use?

 

o umm just loosened up the sensor screws, started up the car, and moved the sensor around to where the car finally idled at the right spot.
