Yeah that's what he became infamous for... he would take in new work and use the parts off of new cars to compelte in-process cars and often cars would leave w/o any of the parts the customer paid for... i.e engine builds w/o any of the special parts the customer thought they had. If I remember correctly the ruse was exposed when a customer's car was taking forever to the point they went to the shop only to find the car in pieces, no work started, and parts from their car on another car etc.

 

Based upon his shady character....I wouldn't buy toilet paper from him. Now Heffner is another story. That kid is talented.

 

UGR > heffner.... there's a post on Viper Alley showing a direct comparison of the two turbo kits on the Gallardos.... UGR's is vastly superior in terms of attention to detail, parts quality, etc.

Yes the FGT kit is sweet... and maybe since that long comparison post on Viper Alley they've spruced it up a bit.
