No the flange is a one direction type thing on the engine block.
I don't see why you wouldn't want a bottom mount manifold though, you can use the SR downpipes and crap with that.

so what was ur question about the top and bottom mounts? top mounts have the flange on the top of the mani and the bottom mount has the flange on the bottom.....is that what u were asking?
if i flip the manifold upside down, and flip the turbo backwards, wouldnt that be a top mount?
it does mount up upside down also

I thought it was 4 on one side and 3 on the other. I am not sure though because I haven't looked a KA in a loooonnngg time, haha. It should only fit one way though.
Also, top mount manifolds aren't shaped like that at all.
