A few people were talking about a cruise up to Skyline Drive, but with the holiday weekend being this weekend, I'm thinking it may be a bit too crowded on that road to enjoy it. Would anyone be interested in this local route? I'm thinking Sunday - early afternoon around 2? Allow around 3 hours for this one! I love Catawba/Blacksburg Road and Bradshaw Road - nice smooth roads through the valley. Don't be scared with all the directions - it's actually just a few turns with alot of road name changes. I can't think of more than a few stoplights throughout the trip too, which is good for a group.

This could fall through like most other cruises that get listed on here, haha.... but I think it could be fun if there is interest. We could shorten it also if the general census is that it's too long!

 

Great route!! I've done several variations of this and its a win win no matter where you go.
