im kinda familiar with dropping the shift linkage but i got the 12mm bolt out of one, just can't get the pins out the other one! need help and what to exaxctly do to get this off. Pullin my swap but just can't get the pins out! i've tried a decent size screw driver so it dont go in the pin and a hammer but i can't get them out so any advise would be greatly appreciated! thanks

 

Do you have a center punch of that size?

 

center punch or an allen key is usually what I use.

 

i use a 12mm bolt with some vise grips holding the bolt so i dont smash my hand. Give it a try.

 

That's why they're called bitch-pins. Lol


But yeah I just use whatever I have laying around that's about the same size and a hammer...

 

use one of the a/c bolts.
