Hands down the best Thai restaurant I've ever been to. Every other one I go to, this is the one I compare the food to. Great atmosphere, and the service is great. I am in love with the four-foot tall woman that owns the restaurant. I've come here with my family many many times, and she knows us and gives us free samples of delicious food that's not even on the menu. Even when she didn't know us, she always gave a smile and was very cheerful and helpful.

The only one I've fount to compare to it is Tara Thai in Charlottesville, but that's not exactly in the 757.

 

Not as great as I expected, food was mediocre and didn't taste good at all(lunch) and very small portions for the price, sushi was decent, definitely can get it better somewhere else. A nice atmosphere though but it's def for the "tourist, town center, don't know any better, oo i like California rolls" crowd.


Now i'm trying to find a decent authentic thai place in the area. anyone know of any? va beach/norfolk area.

Went there last night with the family right at Dusk, awesome view. Im personally not a big seafood fan, other than shrimp.

The spinach dip was amazing, the calamari was awesome, and I got blackend shrimp which was pretty damn good.


Its a little pricey, and the service isnt actually to great. Took forever to get my captain and cokes and my sisters martinis .... and took them forever to come take our orders. Other than that it was great.

For 12 blackend shrimp, salad and baked potato it was like 22 bucks

If you're looking for a deli this is one of the few places that is actually a decent deli (meaning piles of good meat not a few slivers like most sandwich shops). I've been twice and haven't been disappointed yet. Each time I've gone someones ordered something that I want to go back and try

Gave this place a shot last night and it was delicious. I got the sampler so I had it all... Pulled pork and the ribs were bangin... As were the sides.
