I never said that. All I said was that if he was NOT involved in illegal things, the cops wouldnt have busted his door down, and he wouldn't have shot one of them. How, in any way, shape or form, mean that he has no rights? While yes, the police may have not identified themselves, they obviously had a warrant. He was involved in illegal activities. The police caught on, and went to arrest him. He shot one dead. End of story. He should be punished.
Why do we even have no knocks? It used to be that you announced and when you heard the guy starting to flush his stash you could then force entry. That worked fine. This busting the door down stuff is just getting cops (and sometimes family pets) killed.
