are there major year differences? i know you can get a new 09 for ~$2500 and used for 1.5-2k.

some states require motorcycle license to operate a scooter. would i need a motorcycle license in VA?

In virginia you don't have to have a motorcycle license to go under 35 mph. But if you're caught going over 35 mph on it, without a license, you can be in big trouble. Sounds fucking stupid since it's a damn scooter, but they're pretty gay about it.

 

You don't need a motorcycle license because I think the motor is small or something. Anyways PM The Wok or JJSpinALot...they both have/had one.

 

well this badboy tops out at 50ish mph so i guess ill need one
