Need Advice On Bmw Purchase
Unfortunately, depreciation is insane right now also. So getting a good deal doesn't mean much if the price of the car slides really, really fast. A good deal is only a good deal if what you're buying retains its value. This goes for pretty much all car brands right now though.
Egon made the smart choice to buy used. Looks like one hell of a nice car, too!

Did I say anything about what the OP has, I commented on some young kid who said go big or go home. Just saying...
Just to clarify someone said, it makes noe sense to spend that much money.
Someone else said go big or goh ome and than you made your statement. So it sure sounded lke you were joining in. My apologies if you weren't.
I made a generalized statement and used your quote. You made an assumptive statement wether it be for OP or someone else.

Depereciation is crazy, so buying a new car would be stupid. Buying a new-used one or two years old would be smart. Sure everything is depreciating like crazy, but the economy won't be shit forever. So if you plan to keep it for a while you should be fine. Take it from me I owned something like 4 new cars in the last year and a half.
....
Never again.
