EF or EG? I'm assuming you're OBD1, but you said DX dizzy, 92-95 DX? D15B7 dizzy?

If its not specifically a vtec dizzy, you wont have vtec, and its gotta be OBD1 as well. Vtec dizzy plug is 10 pin, 9 used, obd1 standard 8 pin, 7 used, obd0 6 pin 5 used. What kind of setup are you running, I can't help much more at this point.

You will need a d16z6 distributor, or any other D-series vtec distributor.
