I was unaware that if you are one of the few to name your thread properly, it gets immediately deleted and you are told to post in one of the ridiculously named threads where nothing worthwhile is being discussed. Thanks for the clarification.

If you feel "Official election politics thread" is ridiculously named then feel free to suggest a better title and it will be taken into consideration.

Also, if you feel something worthwhile was going to be posted in your thread (which was kicked off with 'Seriously? This country is dumber than I thought...') then you may not be familiar with the way things work here.

Fortunately for you I AM familiar with the way things work here and I saved us all the grief.
