VCU Car Club/Roll Call?
NBP ftw lol+1
Everyone's reactions make me want to re-emphasize the intent of this post. Sure, we could all dick around and check out cars. I am just trying to use car meets and things of the sort as a method to meet others. Eventually, once we all know each other, who we like and don't like, ect., we would not have to resort to the dicking around because all of our minds together could think of something to do.
I'm just saying that a car club or a reasonable meet would help us interact with one another. I suppose this is my idea because I don't know many people in the area and I miss the commaradarie I once had with the car buddies at home. (Helping each other work on our cars, going through thick and thin and watching our cars become our vision as time passed.) Hell, it doesn't even have to be car related. I'm down to just chill with some good friends and have a good conversation. I'm just trying to be open minded and see what kind of cars and people that Central has to offer. I think meeting some of you will expand my knowledge of automobiles and even Richmond, and I'm always down to learn something new....
Well, we will just have to see the direction this thread takes us!

I agree with ballinfizzle! To me, it is fun to simply see cars and talk with the owner about the car. (Every car and owner has a different story and that interests me.)
Sure, some may say car culture sucks, but I beg to differ. Of course, there will always be people behaving immaturely, thats just a fact of life. These people, however, can be dealt with. 85% of the time I see a modified car around VCU, it is done with taste and the owner isn't driving like an asshat. I'm sure all of you take pride in your cars and drive the accordingly; so, if we had a meet full of responsible people and clean cars, the ricer aspect wouldn't be an issue.
Something I have always wanted to do is a huge photoshoot too. I see many Central "mini" photoshoots in which the pictures turn out nicely. Once again, we could also do things of the sort. Just throwing ideas out there.
