Thanks for the reply. I'm not to awful picky about Townhouse or apartment. I prefer a one level apartment, as I've had a townhouse before, and I'm to lazy to go up and downstairs, haha. It really doesn't matter though.

The position is over 70% travel, so I will be gone 2-3 weeks at a time. I just want to feel safe (especially when I'm not there), and don't want to think there is a criminal in my Barcolounger eating my Doritos, and watching my T.V.

 

Being honest I have not heard much about crime around this area but this area seems very safe. Only time you hear about crime is young kids being well ...........dumb and young. As long as you lock your doors you will be straight and if you have a nice car keep it locked up.

 

Sumerset isn't too bad......other than someone hit/running my car, i've had no real complaints here. The people are friendly enough.....alot of little kids though. They always wanna have big football games out in the parking lot by all the cars.....can get pretty annoying. But I mean for what it is, its not too bad.

 

Thanks guys! I appreciate the info. I have friends in Centreville, but just don't know much about living arrangements and so forth up there. I knew it was high, but I'm having sticker shock!

 

I live in SomerHill farms across the street from Somerset....the somerhill farms condo's are way nicer than somerset and in your price range.

all these people live in Summerhill farms, yet i've yet to see any of you, lol. Im always in and out of these apartments too......

But yeah, Summerhill Farms = not shithouse. Summerset Pointe = shithouse.
