Got pulled over yet again for my exhaust. This time by a Prince William County officer, right as I was about to pull into my apartment complex. Just got off with a verbal warning though.

I need a little help. I know I'm from Western, but don't hold it against me. I just got offered a job with NCI, and my office would be in Haymarket. I am considering it seriously, but I need a bit of apartment advice. I skimmed the first few pages, and this seemed like the place to ask. Can some people throw out apartment complex's that are nice near the Gainesville area? I'm old (31) so something kind of laidback is what I'm looking for. Around the $1000-1100 mark is best. Especially nice if you have lived/currently live around there.

ah good thread to check my friend. I currently am in the process of saving up/buying a house. Summerset where osshwa lives is a decent setup(the new apartments :P). Their is so many housing developments in this area and for the most part all nice. Are you looking for just an apartment or a townhouse? You can rent out a townhouse as well pretty easily here.
