Recirculating BOV
i plan on changing it, its coming with the kit im buying. do anyone know how much power you can get out of an TD05 18g turbo on a fairly stock b16 in a 96 hatch? and where to begin as far as tuning, within the next few months or b4 i redeploy back to the states i was thinkin about gettin the hondata S300 but if there is a better management system by all means let me kno thanks
As far as tuning goes I'd go with hondata or crome. Honda guys use both a lot and there is a wealth of information regarding them both here and on hondatech. I wish I could give you more specific information but I'm not really a honda guy. Good luck with your project and keep safe in Iraq!

... hold on... an 18g turbo is not big at all.... it is actually the smallest turbo (from a kit) in the market for B-series. Small turbo does not necesarily mean "better". You are more prone to adiabatic state sooner on the RPM band. Nonetheless, an 18g turbo is not a bad street turbo....
seems like he misused the word. its nerdy mechanical engineering talk and means no heat from the gas/liquid is transfered out of the system, which is the compressor of the turbo in our case. An example would be a well insulated pipe in your house with hot water running through it.
