This should only take less than 15 minutes of their time.

You should only need to buy that new replacement bolt.

Good luck.
Any Machine Shops to recommend? I'm still fairly new to the area.

Grab the threaded part of the bolt with vise grips and spin out?

Spray some PB40 on it 1st though. And no, PB40 does NOT = WD40

Hope that helps

Id try sticking two nuts on the end of the bolt with the threads, tighten them together, and loosen the inner one, while the outter one keeps it from spinning.

Hard to explain, but if you ever removed a exhaust manifold stud try doing it like that.

yep, that method should work, or you could get stub remover sockets, But first soak that down in pb plaster or what ever to eat away at the rust... I'm assuming thats why it broke on you. Using a screw extractor won't do anything if this thing is rust welded on there.

Try to fine 2 nuts that fit on that thread. If you then can't do it, try taking it somewhere I suppose, I could help you, pm if interested

^^^If that doesn't work, Sears hardware has kits specifically made for bolts whose heads have come off. Having an air gun helps a lot.

Well guys, I ended up taking it to a machine shop who did it for me for $20 bucks. A local garage was trying to charge me $200! Thanks for all the help/insight; I just thought it would be better to let someone else handle it for $20 than going out and buying some tools and spending a whole bunch of time, energy, and frustration. Thanks again!
