Default B-series motor question

I wanted to know if a B18b motor is a lot better then a D16y8 motor please let me know. And is the b18b a good motor to swap or should I just go ahead and buy another B-series. Thanks a lot for your help.

B-series would be better than a B18B. The LS with VTECH head is a good setup though.
