just got word today from shirt connect, hes ready when we are.
gave me some ball park figures on prices. basically all we got to pay for is materials. labor is free since ill be doing most of it.
shirts
hanes heavyweight cotton tees(good quality, pre shrunk) - $2.68 a pcs.(price goes down buying more)
solid colors(32 to choose from).
inks and other mats. just gotta resupply what we use.
he only has about 6 colors to choose from. easier if we only use a few basic colors(no mroe than 2 b&w type) so i dont have to make more of the same screens(more money/time).
can supply up to 100 shirts a day.
and shirts dont stop there.can also get good deals on hanes hoodies! sweats whatever hanes makes he can get. also can get other brands.

a service like www.spreadshirt.com would allow for automation. you could just setup the online store , upload the designs, and the production and shipping would all be taken care of. The shirts would be more expensive than using a local hook up, but it would be more reliable and autonomous.
