are the gt-40 heads (non p heads) any good? are they better than stock mustang 5.0 heads?

Assuming the motor is an exploder one w/ GT-40P heads... how much power could I make w/ a new manifold and a cam?

^ I want to be cheap.... If I can make 260-270 rwhp w/ a cam and manifold w/ the stock ehads then I'm fine w/ that.
