Default Pistons!

Alright guys... Long story short (kinda). I need new piston rings and decided to upgrade so I'm going with new pistons as well. I have a 98 B18C5. I thought about CTR pistons but changed my mind. What kind of pistons would be good for my R? The engine is completely stock. It is my daily driver so I want some HP gains but nothing that would decrease my dependability on the car. Should I go oversized or standard if they don't have to mess with the cylinders?

Thanks

They just go around debating and arguing about who's right and who's not.
I just want to know if anybody here has any experience or a similar setup.
I'm thinking either oversized OEM ITR's or P30's. If I go with P30's, do I need new rods as well?
