nice, i've been weighing out my options between the irs swap or keeping my solid rear. I know the IRS is much better for handling but worse for power, but the live axle is crap'ola for going through the twisties. I dunno is like im fucked if i do fucked if i dont

Keep the solid...you can make it handle pretty damned well. Look at the Maximum Motorsports cars in American Iron.

You put a panhard bar and shit in the back and you'll be money

isnt the Griggs supsension based on a panhard bar?

hell no, i'd buy a 4v swap before doing that or a low comp 2v build with some snails to go with it. I was just wondering if the griggs suspension still used the solid rear.

yea, it's been like 95% done for 6 months. the last 6 months its been one thing after another. lately it's been the exhaust. once they finally get it fixed, the engine accessories go on and it is ready to start. when it's running, i will take video and post.
