And what power levels are you at? The ones in my signature are over 2 years old, and arent anywhere near where I will be shortly.
If you do not drag race the car a lot, the clutch will be fine. At the time I did not have 3k dollars to drop on a carbon clutch, so this 800 dollar setup will do fine for me for the time being.
the street disc/extreme plate was toast at 500 whp(what you dsm guys would consider the 2600). There are multiple evo's running the 6puck/extreme plate at 600+, so I don't see why I can't do it.

Why would you need a carbon clutch? There are a ton of other options that are far better for a street car than a carbon clutch. 800 dollars for a damn 6puck ACT? You could have almost bought a twin disk for that price. There are lots of benefits of using a twin disk other than just holding the torque.
