You said you would call me when they were done. My AIM stays on all day long, and so does my cell phone. I have my own computer in my room that no one else gets on so nobody would have X'ed out of it. Plus I have tracker so it saves all the conversations for a few weeks.
I asked you if you would do that or if I should just wait for my dseries to be finished because I didnt mind taking the d-series cause I had friends that wanted it and would have bought it off of me. You said you would make a b-series

I am def not broke, just have better things to do with my money than this.
YOU DIDNT REPLY TO MINE. I have yahoo email account. I check it everyday, and I dont delete my junk mail. I NEVER GOT ANYTHING FROM YOU. I even went through my junk folder...all 3800 emails....NOTHING. DO NOT PUT THIS ON ME. ASK ANYONE I HANG OUT WITH....I have been trying to get in touch with you via phone and email for almost 2 months.
I would have gladly gone out and picked up either one. I had to convince you to meet me 2 mins away from your house (30 mins away from mine) to drop off my ecu to get it socketed.
I will take what I can get at this point. All $390 out of my $600
DEMANDED?? I asked nicely. Ask anybody that knows me, I am a laidback guy. See if anyone believes that I demanded anything. I already posted my emails I sent you......no demanding. Just asking for what I believe I deserve.
Solution A: get a secretary
Solution B: get a business phone plan that has unlimited minutes for your business

I called you that day. Told you to pick up the manifold that was already done and finish paying for it while your at it. You said, no problem I'll get it the comming up Monday. I called you back and you said, you wouldnt have the money for another month and you would come by and pay me + pick your manifold up.

Nope, he still hasn't paid for it after several attempts on my part, by phone, in person, email, VAdriven and PM.
He was told and agreed to complete payment within 30 days of manifold completion. After 30 calender days, manifold will be raffled off to highest bidder and deposite lost. No refunds what so ever on cancellations of discounted parts / labor or deposits after ticket item is completed.
We held his manifold for 4 months as he would not make arrangements for pickup for shipment. He told us he didn't want it anymore due to him going B series and he blew his engine sob story. Was reminded, as a friend that no refund could be given but i could still offer his manifold WITH him paying his bill for the item (manifold).
This has gone on, for 1 year. He has been given plenty of opportunity to come and pick up his manifold, that was completed 10-11 months ago.
I gave him one last chance in July to PAY for my service/item and receive the manifold but its been 3 months now and he STILL hasn't made an effort.
I've made a total of 3 manifolds for stack in good faith that he was going to pay and pick up, but has failed to do so every time.
If Stack would still like a manifold. He will have to pay IN FULL for one of our already completed units.

I uninstall ed and repaired his old manifold for Free as good CS on our part. So he would have a car to drive until his manifold was made.
He has has/had my number and knows several who do.
He dropped his car off for 3 hours while I repaired his Old Turbo manifold that was cracked (POS other brand).
He knows where to come
It isnt like he lives in China and has NO way of picking up and PAYING for this item.
