Go look up traffic records online and look me up. Just because you don't know, don't mean it's bullshit. Oh yeah, I forgot, you are Mr. Knowitall-and-alwaysright.

The ever growing population in Va is making it worse .

This means more cops and laws to insure safety among the increase in residents, thats my theory.

Don't find these types of ideas or issues coming to the foreground when they're running for office generally. Guess you mean Miss Cleo needs to come on TV and the newspapers and tell us what each candidate will do in their subsequent terms in office before we go to vote. Your arguement fails
You fail at understanding my arguement. You can vote to get these people out of office next time if you don't like the way they vote.

However with only like 30% voting in the last election, if you didn't vote, don't bitch

For all I care you can finger fuck yourself as you cruise down the road, just learn to mind your business.
You must not have an interesting enough life, but to infringe upon lives of others.
I'm a communist because I don't agree with you? Like I said you can do what ever the fuck you want in your SUV, just don't bring other people into your twisted ass world.

Let me ask you:

If your neighbor was blasting [insert music you hate here] you wouldn't go tell them to turn that shit down because you think that makes you:

Or how about them watching a gay porn on their big ass HDTV with the windows open while your kids play in the yard. You would just let it go? Get the fuck outa here...

There comes a point where you are infringing on others rights. I don't understand how you don't get this concept. And don't even try to go with "If you don't like it don't look" because at that point you are putting it in peoples faces.

Youth? I bet most people in this thread are probably older than you and trust me when I tell you most of us have more than a diploma.

Again voting these clowns out and a new bunch in does nothing to solve the problem at hand now does it? Nor did voting or not voting do anything to stop this legislation from coming to pass. We also cannot predict how many girls Kobe Bryant will rape in the next 5 years, or how many Wars Bush will lead us into before he leaves office, or How this bowl of cereal I'm eating right now will sit with me. So unless you can show me any candidate that actually does what they say they will in their campaign promises, doesn't pass legislation to help his own pocket and actually serves the people who elected them, your arguement most certainly fails.....miserably.

PS. I vote, and my guy voted yeah to this BS. But I'm into WV politics now, so that sorry sack of shit isn't worth the correspondence from me.

I only passed on information that I received when I brought up the same questions to some people that I happen to know who have access to the answers. Apparently an earlier version of the bill was addressed to all motorists regardless of residency however they found that it was not enforceable on out of state motorists.

I can't answer why it didn't receive any publicity other than to say that the government watchdogs don't appear to be concerned with it. Other than the kids on here complaining, I haven't seen much uproar about it. It was mentioned in the local news a few nights ago, but it was a quick blurb and everyone that they showed interviews of were supportive.

You are the sole person in this thread expressing valid concerns about this bill becoming law and you know what needs to be done to fix it. I also applaud your efforts to let everyone here know whose legislators voted for and against it.

It is voting patterns that determine how legislators pass laws. If voters send the message that if a politician makes poor decisions then they will be voted out, we may actually get back to a government that is "for the people."

What it really boils down to is getting more people to the polls. People that actually vote are a small minority. And I'm not talking about just getting out to the Presidential elections, I'm talking about everything that comes up at the state and local elections.

Wonder why the youth's views are not represented in government? It's because they don't vote. Why should a politician pay any attention to a demographic that will not even get out and support his/her efforts to get into office? That is the same reason that the issues that concern the elderly taken care of. They get out and vote in the greatest numbers.

I dont think voting could have prevented this. This wasnt something I heard about comming in during the last election as a topic. It needs to be challenged though. The punishment doesnt fit the crime. It's being used as a way to get money for "roads" not to punish people for doing wrong. Something was lost in the mix. Being that the punishment doesnt fit the crime, it's cruel and unusual punishment, extreme to say the least, and is unconstitutional.
