yes this is very good advice... i took auto body for three years in High School, but im going to tell you this right now there will be a lot and i mean a lot of wetsanding involved, for the simple fact you have never done this before, so ya practice on hoods, fenders, ect.... but make sure the parts are setup like they would be on a car. (I.E. If you are painting a fender, make sure the fender is on some kind of holder you going to have to make, that will alow it to be like it is on the car.)
