Life isn’t fair, get over it, but I understand where cops are coming from. The younger you are, the faster your stock civic seems. You want to know what I have noticed in just 4 years of driving?

Riced out imports: idiots that can’t drive and deserve their tickets
Clean imports: have worthy engine mods and like a spirited, yet safe drive
VWs: very friendly to fellow Volkswagen lovers
BMW: bunch of ignorant dicks
Jeep: friendly, and wave to each other. never seen anyone not wave
Scions: think their car is the shit, and it aint
Mustangs: loud like a Honda, and just as damn slow, but never get pulled
General domestic: overly cocky attitude about their o-so-great V8

 

All imports: think a turbo is a replacement for displacement.

 

So I guess the answer to my question is yes, they do have the right to check under your hood? And if they ask saying know would just be provokeing them <cuz not everyones cool as JZ> dang... how about complete motor swaps, Motor from another make?

 

you can say no, but they can always just get a search warrent if they are serious about it.

 

Okay, I will go ahead and say that most cops actually do their jobs.. but there are a select few who I would say are out to get us.

There is a local K9 police officer who harasses my friends and I. He knows me have modified cars so he will sit in my neighborhood and waits for people to leave my house. He's pulled us over when we're going ~20mph in a 25, and given tickets for exhaust, etc.

He doesn't like us, he waits for us in my own damn neighborhood and when we go by doing nothing wrong he pulls us over.

ALSO: one time at waffle house, he coordinated for me to get pulled over for whatever reason. we saw him and a few other police officers across the street, one came into the waffle house parking lot and "checked out" my car/plates I guess... he pulled into a handicap spot, stared at us and left. At the time when he did all this we were inside eating.

When I walk outside the police officers on the opposite side of the street start moving. When I leave and turn onto Western Branch Blvd the k9 cop pulls out, and then another one of the cops makes a U-turn, speeds up, gets behind me, pulls me over and said "I cut him off." Which is complete b/s. I did nothing wrong and they were just fucking with me.

Fuck the K9 cop.

 

I guess you are generalizing all BMW owners as Dicks... cause most of them are older and do not wanna be bothered by a young kid drooling all over their unmodded car that is still faster, quieter, and more comfortable then the kids....

 

i am a BMW owner, and no. they are just in general ass holes to anything thats not OEM M3 or AC Schnitzer, and they think their cars are just the best damn thing in the world, when I know my car is slow but still comfortable.
