I just wanted to add that on the weekend of february 24 we will be fielding 25 spec E30's. It will be the largest amount of cars to race yet so if anyone is interested in checking out spec E30 this would be the race to watch. The charlie gibson enduro is also this weekend.

 

Me and Axelerate will be there for the HPDE. Cant wait.

I have a fully-prepped 2nd generation Integra I will be running ITA and a few Honda Challenge races with this season. I don't know anything about Spec Focuses go... but at least for H4 competition, a built B18B1 has a good bit more grunt than the CRX. It doesn't brake as well as the CRX and the ultimate cornering speed is a little lower, but it's a much easier car to drive fast when set up properly. It's very stable. There's a lot of aftermarket support for the car, both in terms of parts and setup. Let me know if I can be of assistance.

Working 60+ hours every week, out in the garage wrenching whenever I can... just made the front bumper quick-release, trans fluid change, engine oil change, put the battery back in, fired her up this evening... gotta do a shifter bushing, rotors/pads/brake flush, get tires mounted and a splitter install if it gets here in enough time for VIR. So many hours in the garage of recent, still so much to do!!!

so yes, fallen off the face of the earth isn't too far off.
