I live in powhatan and I would like to know if you guys know where I could find a gun shop that has a shooting range for me to test and maybe buy a gun..

There is a range over behind southren police equipment on midlo that has rentals.

Yeah Dominion has a really good selection of handguns if thats what you're looking to shoot. Its not a rifle range or anything though.

 

Green Top on Rt. 1, just north of Virginia Center Commons has the widest selection, both new and used, around Richmond. I've heard they price match, if not beat the price, of anyone around. I don't think they have a range, though.

 

green top is going to add a range though, we just got finished with their redevelopment plan. they are going to a bass pro shops setup (test pond, boat sales, and their usual stuff) plus other things that bass pro doesn't have, like a shooting range.

 

greentop is my favorite store! they have almost everything! excited to hear they're going with a bass pro shop setup.
