wow thats funny... because the officer said I could get out of both the front tag, and the license one... the only one he said I might have to pay is the seat belt... hm... get your shit straight before you go around calling people slow... and nice MR2 I just bought one

 

Yeah you can get of the not having your license as well, just by showing proof that you have one. He just wants to make sure you have one.

As far as accidents close home, all three of mine were within about a half mile of my house. Remember you drive a higher percentage of the time were you live, so that means your accidents will most likely be near home. Also, like they said you may be the greatest driver in the world; but that doesn't mean you won't get hit my the shittiest driver in the world. There is a vid somewhere and I'll post a link up to show you what happens to a person that doesn't were a seatbelt. It's a vid from inside the car, freaky as shit too. Wear your seatbelt and don't die from another idiot. Think about how many people throttle out of car scenes and are not paying attention.

$25 fine for no seat belt, and take a picture in of your license plate on and hell drop it. No Court fees.

I thought it was increased to 50.....I allmost got one for pulling out into traffic without it un-buckled...but was in the process of buckling it up...so he just warned me that it was a $50 fine and as long as the vehicle is on ANY public road....even if i just pulled off i could get tickted

 

have before and after pictures of the license plate being on your bumper, dont disagree with the cop, do not try to fight the ticket, admit guilt..show cop picture and if your lucky he will drop that fine, seatbelt will be charged, the license will be droped if u show proof(gaurantee) and u will have court fees, only way u will get out of court fees if the cop completely doesnt show up and all charges get drop...but that seatbelt fine basically just bought u a dinner wif da court fee's lady. and if u have a good record show the judge your record, he might give u a 6 month probation period to not fuk up and u will get out of all of it
