I've got a set of stock wheels from a dodge neon. None of the wheels appear to be bent, but there is some curb rash on one, and one is missing the center cap. Looking to get $50 for the set.

they are. I can tell you that the camera i have doesn't exactly pick up every little detail, but if your ok with potentialy driving home empty handed feel free. Not to say I don't think they are in good condition. Just not excellent. Reason for the low price.
