yes they are black, no they aren't power nor are they led, plain jane m3s lol, and one has a replacement mirror..still visible though..fit 92-95 coupe/hatch only, i can have you a pic 2morrow of them , they still look good, just nothing for them to fit on anymore...NICE FOR THE PRICE
