are the crx tokicos new? what happened to the rear set?

the tokicos are not new but only have roughly 3,400 miles on them. i didnt need the rear set. it was already done on the car. i left the rear set on my crx and sold the car because i didnt wanna take the extra time to remove them. i needed the money so i just added the difference to the price when i sold it.

im intrested it if is a 99-00 hood and is oem style

 

the hood is on my 2000 civic ex. it is oem style. im looking for stock hood plus $175
