FS: Want the Best Car Computer Money can BUY?! All-In-One Double Din COMPLETE Unit!!
Don't want to mess with a billion wires and buying 943534 different components to get a carputer up and running? Drivesoft makes a double din unit that you simply Plug and Play. (What? No way... a plug and play carputer?!? It can't possibly exist!) That's right, you heard me... plug and play carputer.
If you've ever been in the market for one, you know what headaches you have to go through to buy all the parts and get it up and running (ex. get a separate LCD, mounting it in the cubby, buying a power adapter, motherboard, building the case to tuck under your seat.. etc. basically... it's a MESS) In the end, you end up spending nearly 1.5k for parts alone. If you're not a computer whiz with installing drivers for software to get misc items to work like your GPS or backup camera... then you have to pay someone else to program it for you which racks up more dough! Everything on here is already pre-programmed and works!
Most of you guys probably never heard of Drivesoft Carputers, but you've probably seen it on "Pimp my Ride." They're usually seen in higher end vehicles who have the budget to afford one since the starting price for one of these is an astronomical $3,000.
This unit is MINT, basically brand new (it's been used a total of 6x!) taken out from a customer's vehicle since the DVD player skipped sometimes which wasn't up to par with our standards, so we replaced his entire unit free of charge.
However, I'm only asking for $1500! Everything works, there are no flaws with the system minus the DVD that skips from time to time (how many times do you watch DVD's while you drive anyways?). But no worries, several movies can still be preloaded onto the harddrive using the DVD player so you can still watch them while you drive. It runs on Windows XP and has touch screen capability. Here are some specs:
