the only thing ill part out of the motor is spliting the head from the block other then that im not trying to take it all apart

So basically you just want to sell the block with the sleeve, pistons, rods, & crank. And your keeping the tranny & head.

yes he will sell the head with everything in it, and the block with everything in it. other then that he isnt taking it apart.
