i think it will, not sure though. you could always call up an audio place and ask if the harness is the same for a 99 civic si and a 00 s2000.

From what I've heard, it is a plug and play for the '99 & up Civics......

It will work plug and play from 96-05 Civic & 98-02 Accord.
I am a tech at a Local Honda Dealer.
