I changed the gauges in my hatch so I don't have any use for this any more. It is the black face Defi D-Gauge and comes with the gauge, sensor, sensor harness, and power harness. Basically everything except the little metal bracket that goes behind the gauge to hold it in. It would fit in my gauge pod and the gauge stayed in place just fine without it.
