includes:
-Socketed and already running p28 ECU
-Unlocked Datalogging Option
-Unlocked Rom Editor Option
-Unlocked Boost Option
-Unlocked 3 Step Rev Limiter Option
-Pocket Programmer (Burner Kit) ($180 new)
-Romulator (Emulator kit) ($180 new)
