stock ls springs? What kind of shocks and mileage

STOCK springs and shocks with 80000 miles. they have been sitting in my shed for years, nothing wrong with them though.

 

ohh yeah!!!!... the springs on the clutch disc popped but the pressure plate is in good shape.25000 miles.
