B16A2 Longblock $800 Cash - Come get it.
Ok, short and sweet. I have a built B16A3 in my 99 Si. This B16A2 block is the stock block from it that I've been holding onto for years. It had roughly 28k on it before I yanked it and replaced it with the built block. It ran just fine before I pulled it, pulling it only to put the built block in it.
It's the complete longblock, never seperated, always had its oil changes at 5k, etc. Thats from the throttle body to the oil pan. Has stock clutch and flywheel installed. So thats throttle body, intake manifold, fuel rail, injectors, head, block, oil pan, etc.
The -only- thing missing (to constitute a longblock in my opinion) is a coolant hose, I'll show you which when its picked up. The one rotted on the B16A3, it was in my garage for free which is quicker and cheaper than going to Honda for a new one, so guess where the replacement came from? Yep, from the B16A2 block.
My income tax return isn't hitting soon enough and there are things I need for my bike before I make a trip down south. With no idea exactly when my tax return will hit and a wife that doesnt increase my allowance for bike parts (she hates it, nuff said), something needs to give. I don't forsee me going back to a stock block, since even if the built B16A3 pops, I'm going GSR. So, yeah..
This is cheap to say the least imo considering the mileage and such. Its sold as is, I cant be responsible for someones goof up (ie. forgetting to replace the hose I just disclosed is missing, thus overheating and blowing a HG after warping the head or some other stupidity).
$800 cash. Come get it, its in Norfolk.
No, this doesnt include a tranny (not for that price so dont be stupid).
