2005 MOPED FOR SALE $700 obo!!!

Hey guys i have this moped i need to sell, its actualy kinda sweet.. its a 2005 Sivel - Turbo Pluss... no its not turbo. its a 49.5 CC engine so you dont need a lincence to drive just got to be over 16, top speed is 50mph, has all the lights like a motorcycle (high/low headlight, brake, turn signals) i got about 83mpg on it, and it has a 1.3 gal gass tank. i would use a tank a week going to work and home every day (7miles). i drove this for a while when i was workin on my CRX and it was INOP. brand new this is $1200 and it still retails at $1000 but i need to get rid of it for some cash. the seat flips up for storage, and the front of it opens for more. it has kick and electric start, its a two seater with foot pegs for the second person.
a helmet does come with this.
iv had a blast with this thing with my buddys, would tie a rope to the back and pull em on their skateboards.. and its awesome to ride in the summer in the beach.... after work with rush hour... just zip by all the cars in traffic to the light and sit next to the first car at every light.. its awesome.
its never been laied down.
