14 inch steelies new tires

price will start at 300 but very negotiable i just want to get rid of them
The tires are brand new sumitumo htr's i paid 430 for the tires but i never used them and now i just want them gone. They are mounted and balanced already but have never been driven on i will have pics up tonight. oh and they are 4 lug for a civic etc.

bump i had them dismounted today because someone was interested in just the tires but they were a no show
