parting out or selling a 97 gst

I have a whole car its a 97 with 120k on it. The body is in 8 outta 10 no rust has some minor bondo that needs to be removed from both sides rear quarter panels. Interior is good shape with a good shampoo. Im done messing with the car has alot of upgrades done to it.
Somebody can buy the car and finish it or i can part it out. Asking 4k as is with the new head and all the parts i have for the car and then some more that i have collected including 6 bolt crank oem exhaust x2 oil lines and anything else i can find.
