WTB: ntelos cell phone (ANY)
Looking for an Ntelos cell phone that does not need the data package. Any phone is fine as long as it doesnt have any problems such as a broken screen or it turns off every time you use it. Im willing to pay for it but it all depends on what type of phone it is.
